Reset multiple users email accounts?

I've got 25 users all using PST files in Outlook 2007 connected to a legacy
mail server. I want to connect them to the new Exchange 2007 server,
automatically. After I have moved all their emails to their new mailboxes
(shame there's no EXMERGE) I want to configure all users' computers to
automatically give them the original 'setup email account' wizard so they can
get their mailboxes via autodiscovery. Any way I can do this automatically? I
don't want to have to go round and manually remove their email accounts.

I'm aware of the PRF file usage generated by the Office Customization Tool,
but I'm using an OEM version of Office, so haven't got access to the OCT that
comes with Enterprise versions. Is there any way I can get it?
