Auto Signature for multiple Email Accounts

M

mail

Hello,

all users have two email accounts in their Outlook 2007. Their own
Exchange 2003 Account and an additional IMAP Account. I would like to
turn on Autosignature for the IMAP Account as well.. is that possible?

I can use GPO and VSTO if necessary.

Thanks
Marc

of course... you need to assign one to each acct in tools, options, mail
format, signatures and when they switch accts, the sig switches.

Hi Diane,

thanks for your help.
Yes, I know I can do this manually.. but I would like to set this
automatically for all users with GPO. Is that possible?
Setting a specific signature and turning the signatures on for all
emails. That is what I would like to do.

This would be great!

Thanks
Marc
