Resend this message

Hello,
When saving an Outlook message to a MSG file format. The saved message will
not have the the options Resend/Recall this message. They'll be disabled from
the Outlook file menu->Actions.

Is this a normal behavior? And if I'm saving the MSG file programatically,
can I set a flag or something to work around this?

Yes, that is normal behavior.
Curious; why do you still need the recall function if you storing a message
outside of Outlook?

I want to save the MSG file and delete the original message from Outlook.

Yes, I got that point but never mind.
If you need certain functionality back like the recall feature, you can drag
& drop the message back into Outlook and open it from there.
