Resend Message In Outlook 2007

I briefly looked for the "Resend this Message" command in OLK 2007 but
couldn't find it. I assume it is included. If so, where should I look?

Open the message from the sent items folder. Using the Message chunk, Other
Actions pulldown.

Thanks! Any idea if there is a button I can add to a toolbar to do

you can - with a message form open look on the tools customize menu

Hmm...I think I understand Message Forms and I see Tools > Customize
but what do I do with the two?

Have you ever created a custom toolbar before? Find the resend button in the
list of commands and drag it to the toolbar.

Yes, but I can't find the "Resend this message" command anywhere in the
Commands tab in the Customize dialoge box.
