Why remove the fonts? And unless you carefully control the decision of what
applications are permitted to run on the computer, don't be surprised if
some of them expect to have the normal non-core fonts available and will
quietly misbehave if those fonts are AWOL.
Admittedly, between the fonts packaged with Windows and the fonts that are
packaged with some of the major text-oriented applications there are enough
fonts installed by default to make the most extravagant ransom-note designer
happy, but given the bloat that characterizes both Windows and many
applications, for most situations I don't see any signficant return on the
investment of time to determine which fonts can be safely removed.
