Requery Problem in Access 2007

Hello,

i have a subform on a form and a combobox on the same form (not the
subform).
The values for the combobox are entered in another form.
To update the combobox ont the form i use for example
combobox.requery
if the combobox gets the focus.
The problem is if for example the third recordset in the subform was
selected before entering the combobox
then always the first recordset is selected.
It seems that Access 2007 updates the complete form (the subform inclusive)
instead of updating the combobox only.
Can someone help me?

No it doesn't. There must be some other code that requeries the form,
or resets the RecordSource.
