REQ: Using DSACLS to change the ownership of a computer object in AD

I'm trying to use DSACLS to change the ownership of a server. MS KB
281146 is rather vague and I'm having problems. Here's what I'm using
(%DN% is the distinguished name of the server:

dsacls "%DN%" /g (e-mail address removed):WO;owner

Any help would be appreciated.
