REQ: download manager that works with "You Send It"

What is the best free download manager? I currently use the last freeware
version of Net Transport but I can't find a way to resume stopped files with
"You Send It"... Are there any other good programs that work like Net
Transport and also can resume "You Send It" files

I have successfully used WinGet to resume yousendit downloads. Check
the yousendit site instructions for use - basically you need your D/L
manager to monitor the clipboard...
