Using Outook newsreader in WInXP Pro I am able to post a question to a
newsgroup I am unable to reply to the same thread

What is wrong with my configuation?

What happens when you try? (Outlook Newsreader is only Outlook Express in
news only mode........)

That's the right one! "Reply" only replies to the SENDER, not the Newsgroup!
