If possible to use Outlook & Outlook Express together, how do I set-up "OE"
for all "sent" e-mails (from both web pages & personal documents) as I have
access to my Hotmail (default e-mail) address book via "OE" but not thru "O"
(although I do subscribe to Hotmail Plus, I do not subscibe to MSN
Premium-the requirement made by MSN in order to use my Hotmail address book
in "O")

It's possible. Run OE only when you want to send mail. Uncheck the
"Include this account when checking for new messages" box on the General tab
of your account properties pages so that it doesn't download anything.
