Reposted: My calender, Notes, contacts all can't use

1) I hv not activated my copy yet, however, it says i can use 13 more
times.
The problem is, when I open, there are error messages complaining of losing
..DLL files.
Below is the message.
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."
Any body can suggest what is happening, and how to make it work.
fyi, i m going to syn OL with my PocketPC which I just hard reset. Recently,
I talk to my IT department, they say that OL was blocked and cant use in
company network.

2) If there isn't simple way to hv OL, is there anyway to retrieve my
addressbook, Notes and Calender from my PC?

1) Create a new profile (do not copy it);
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles

To access your current pst-file in the new profile;
File-> Open-> Outlook Data File...

To set it as the default delivery location;
Tools-> E-mail Accounts...-> button Next-> use the dropdownlist below

2) I would ask them why they blocked it. No need to retrieve anything as you
can still load Outlook to view your info. If you mean you want to transfer
your info to another application it heavily depends on what application you
must use by your IT department. Look at the import/export possibilities of
both Outlook and the other program and see if you are able to convert it.
