Can't start Outlook

Dear all knowing:
I just updated Office from 2000 to XP (2002). Everything works fine, with
the exception of Outlook. (I am running XP Pro). When I start it, I get a
dialog that says:

"Unable to open the default e-mail folders. The .DLL file for the
information service could not be found. MAPI was unable to load the
information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed
and configured."

I have 4 users configured for the system, and this error only occurs on my
profile. Other users can use Outlook without problems.

Any ideas out there?

Have you tried to delete and recreate your profile?
