reports toolbar disappeared in business contact manager

I am running Outlook 2003 w/Business Contact Manager and my reports toolbar
has disappeared and none of my reports will run.

Can you go to help > about microsoft Outlook > Disabled items and check if
BCM is present .Also what is the version of BCM that you are running ?
