reports that hyperlink

I don't have Access yet but...
Can it hyperlink an email address and picture to a company employee listing
report?

Not sure what you mean. Yes, you can build hyperlinks on forms. Are these
reports you mention on a website somewhere?

Yes, you can have it open an email and send it. You can include a report in
that email.

I'll try and give you more information:
I am responsible for the company employee database

- I need a document that I can send out to our staff (like a phone listing)
Once the employee receives this document from me they should be able to click
on an email address and be sent to MSOutlook ready to send the person an
email. Also they should be able to click on a See Picture button that will
take them to our server where we keep employee photos.

- As I mentioned I am not familiar with Access.....I tried this in Act and
when I ran the report and opened it in MS Word the links were gone.
