Reports in BCM

Reports are enabled and run with the exception that I cannot modify. When
attempting to modify report, the screen comes up but items are shaded out so
I cannot select anything of need. thoughts?

Your reports problem is simply a reality with BCM whereby you are currently,
shall I say ... "limited" to the customization options built into the program
thus far. The shaded out items are simply restrictions on your attempts to
modify the report in the specific manner that you are trying to. Reports in
BCM do currently allow for some basic filtering of your data but they are not
very robust in their allowance to modify. For now, what you see is what you
get and one size must fit all. This is not intended as negative spin. This
is just the reality of what you should know about without mystery when
attempting to adapt the use of this BCM application to the real world needs
of your business. To use BCM effectively in its current level of development,
you have to be prepared not to expect too much in this regard. Someday there
will be a newer version of BCM and many hope to see great improvement in many
areas.

Stay tuned for that someday. It has been a long time coming.
