Reporting tool submission failure

I am trying to use the submission tool. The report is generated, but when
sending, I get an error that I need to check my proxy settings and resend. I
do not use a proxy. Updates work fine. Any ideas?

Yes, and FireFox too. IE has no proxy set and auto configure is not checked.

Sometimes turning on autoconfigure helps--but probably only if you are
behind a proxy which is discoverable.
