Reporting Tool for Outlook

I need to be able to run reports from my contacts list. I want to include
certaing fields from the contacts. I have searched all over the place and
cannot seem to find one. Can you point me in the right direction?

Mail merge is an excellent reporting tool for contacts. Start the merge from Outlook, not Word.

Thanks Sue. I feel like a dummy. I am familiar with doing a mail merge from
Word but I cannot seem to find it in Outlook. Eveything I find online refers
to using Word to mail merge and OUtlook contacts as the data source.

In your Contacts folder, select the contacts you want to report on, then click Tools | Mail Merge and follow the prompts.
