Reporting functionality dissapeard

The exporting and report functionality has dissapeard off my BCM 2007.
Can not export the contacts
Reinstalled the software yet made no difference
Could anyone help?

Go to file >data file management and check if BCM is present if not try
adding one and see if it resolve the issue
