Report showing no show

This report displays all no-shows sorted by most recent date. We need a button on the report display that when toggled will ask for a person's name and after typing in the name and sending the query set for this table will enter this typed name in the condition and return a report display with all no-show's for just this one person.
 
Finally figured it out.
In the query under the field name's criteria I entered [Enter Name].
This prompts a box asking for name and then it returns the report info for only the person named.

Whew......2 days on this
