Report Group Headers

Does anyone know how many group headers Access 97 (or any version) can have?
There seems to be a limit to the group headers that will work in a Report,
at least with Access 97. For example, if a City field is being used to group
a report and there are too many cities, Access will group only so many
before it peters out.
 
You can have 10 group headers in a report.

There is no limit on the number of items that can be listed in a group
header.
