Report format

Is there any way to format a report to Ansi F paper size. I have a report I
would like to display as a flow chart. It would need to flow top to bottom
about 42" then restart the next column top to bottom repeating this to about
64" or till all data is displayed. We manually build these flow charts with
CanvasX but the data is already in order and formatted in our Access data
base. It would be nice and save alot of time if we could just send to Canvas
ready to print.

Sorry... Access reports are limited to a maximum height and width of 22
inches per section or page (which can be exceeded a bit by using Subreport
controls, but that would not be appropriate for your case), so you can't do
that with Access Reporting.

It's possible you might use the Access data to feed a third-party graphics
program (e.g., one intended for plotting) to draw your chart. I'm not a
specialist in charting programs, but think the Microsoft offering that you'd
want to look into would be Visio; you'll find plenty of others, some
open-source and free I'm sure.
