Replying

Tom Cullen

When replying to an email the normal setting is for the
reply text to be blue and for my name to appear, however,
recently this has changed and my name does not appear and
the reply text is black. I have checked the settings and
the reply font is stated as blue and the setting
indicates that my name should be displayed. Any ideas
 
Are you sure you're not replying to a Plain Text message?
