replying with attachment

I received an email with a file attachment and I want to reply *with* the
attachment (so the person I send to knows whioch file I'm talking about).
How can I do this? I realize I can 'forward' the message and re-enter
recipient email addresses but that's a pain (many recipients).

My work email (lotus notes) has a cool feature - can Outlook do this
somehow.... Same scenario as above, but I can just 'reply all' and in the
body of the message, it says 'File removed: xxxx.pdf'. This is cool
because at least they all can see the file name that I'm talking about.

Thanks!

But the person you REPLY to sent you the original file, so of course he
knows what file you are talking about......

The person I am replying to sent me 3 revisions of the file in 3 separate
emails.

So did he call them v1, v2 and v3 as any normal person would?

So what's so hard about you saying, "the third version you sent" when you
reply?

Sue shoudl have some info on that site about gettign started with code if
you have no experience.
If you can't locate aythign there then try the Outlook programming group (
microsoft.outlook.program_vba ) .
they can get you kick started with adding the code.
