Replying From A Specific Email Address

In order to track/filter emails from various sources I use dedicated email
addresses in the format <sourcename>@mydomainname.com.

Using Outlook 2003, is there any easy way to generate a once off reply to
one of these emails - e.g.to unsubscibe from a mailing list - without having
to set up a specific account in Outlook?

You can try putting the address in the From field - it works with some
services but not others.

No, that doesn't work, or at least it's not reliable, a test email to myself
comes through as "From <account sent from>
on behalf of <name used in 'From' field>"

How it displays or is interpreted is up to the client or in the case of
unsubscriptions, the list server software. The software may also support
"unsubscribe (e-mail address removed)" in the message body. Otherwise, you'll need
to create an acct to unsubscribe by email.

Most of them do that and all of them really should, but there are still a
lot that ask you to just send an email with "Unsubscribe" in the Subject

Looks like I'm stuck with that.
