Replying to a message in Outlook 2000, how do I get rid of the annoying
background bitmap that the original sender sent?

change the format of the message to "plain text"...when you go to close the
message, you'll be asked if you want to save changes...just answer yes...

I forgot to say - I want to make this my default. I know ways to do this using
drop down menus, but I want to just always ignore them. Even better, I don't
want to ever see them, or at least not wait until they load in order to read my
message.
