Reply to All

I am assisting a customer using Outlook 2000 on a Windows 2000 system. He
claims that he used to be able to do a "Reply to All" and he would get a copy
of the message in his inbox. I think this does happen when your included in a
distribution list, but does not happen when your just listed as a single
recipiant. Is there a setting that will include yourself in a reply to all?
Can someone please clarify just how this is supposed to work? Am I correct
that this only happens when doing a reply to all on a distribution list of
some kind?
TIA
George

There is no such setting.

I believe it works this way: if Outlook can identify an address in a
received message as yours, it won't include it in a reply to all.
