"Reply to all" emails

I have a user who when he clicks 'reply to all' to respond to an email, his
name also appears in the list. So it's basically coming back to him again,
but when another user 'replied to all' it didn't happen to him. Any ideas??
When I sent a test message, the same happened with me, I hit 'reply to all'
and my email address also appeared in the to list. Any assistance will be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

When you did the reply to all and your name appeared in the list, was the
original sender external to your organization?
