Reply ticking not available

I am using Outlook 2003 With Exchange Server 2000. In Tools | Options |
Email Options, reply ticking is not available. I have changed the email
format to Rich Text and Plain Text and turned Word on and off as my email
editor and it is still grayed out. Any suggestions?

Never mind. I found the answer as soon as I posted this. The reply option
has to be set to "Prefix each line of the original message" before that's
available.
