reply shows in preview pane but it is not showing in the email?

I have received a reply to an email which i can see most of the reply in the
preview pane but when i open the actual email nothing is there at all?
Can anyone tell me how to change this as it must be in the email as it is
previewing half of it.

It's a bug that has to do with webmail...if the sender is using some webmail
clients (like bellsouth.net) this will happen. I'm not sure how it is going
to be fixed, or when.
