How do I stop Outlook from converting my reply or forward messages to plain
text? I want to keep the same attributes as the orginial message. Thanks,

Outlook will always reply or forward using the format of the original
message. What evidence do you have that it is not?

What version of Outlook? Do the hyperlinks appear in the original message
prior to clicking Reply or Forward?

If you click Format on the compose window menu bar after clicking Reply or
Forward, what format is checked? What format is checked in the original
message when you open it and click Format?

I got a message with all the links in blue. When I clicked on "Format"
everything was grayed out except Unwrap Text. "Plain Text" was checked and
grayed out.

Clearly the format of the original message is Plain Text, then and your
reply will also be plain text. When Outlook receives a plain text message,
it searches through the body and if it finds any string that appears to be a
URL, it does you a favor and presents it as a hyperlink It is NOT, however,
a real hyperlink and replying or forwarding the message will use the
original plain text format. The mail client of your recipient will probably
present a clickable link to him as well when he receives your message
containing a URL.
