1. Yes this computer already in OL-SP3 and additional
patches.

one more problem:
2. One of my OL97 client got a mail directly to his
deleted folder, infact there is no spam filtering or rules
created. One user send an internal mail to 2 OL97 users,
one got correctly in the inbox, other one got directly in
the deleted items.
Could you pls help me what can be the reason, moreover
there is no office97 patch or update running. office97
(including OL97), can I know any URL to download the
patches and updates.

Hi Anver,

Sorry I left you hanging on these issues.

1) I only know of icons not changing correctly when the original message is
a custom form or when the account is WebDAV or HTTP based. I'm not if the
SPAM filter integration of Norton could also cause this.

2) Can you predict when a message gets deleted? If so see if it already gets
deleted at the mail server level or at the client level. It could be an old
rule that floats around as a ghost For more info regarding this see;
