Reply Cursor Placement

When I reply to a message, the cursor goes to TO: rather than the body of the
message. Do you know how I can get it to reply to the sender automatically
and have the cursor just go to the body of the message?

Did you ever receive a solution to this? I am having the same problem and
all the emails asking this in this newsgroup don't seem to have an answer.
 
I never received a reply from anyone on this;yet, when I look at my email now
though, I no longer have this problem and it works the way I wanted/expected
it to. My only thought is that I recently reloaded Outlook to correct
another problem I couldn't fix. Therefore, I must have had an option set to
something that produced these 2 strange problems, but I don't know which
options would have caused them to react that way. Thanks.
