reply back about my background (display)

Thx Kelly for the information but I tried to download the
TweakUI for XP. The message I got after I download
it "Get Dll DirectoryW could not be located in the dynamic
link library Kernel.32dll. Could you explain what that
mean and why it wouldn't download or what do I need to do
in order for it to download properly?
