As of last night, when I go to View>Current view>Show replies to my posts,
all I now get is posts I made this session. It used to be the same length
of time I keep everything. I checked all view settings and they are set as
desired. Thankfully, I highlighted my posts a different color some time ago
to find them--before I discovered the my-posts-only feature. But having to
scroll through all these posts again is going to get tedious, to say the
least. Any ideas ?

The servers got into trouble yesterday as a result of the flood of
messages with attached copies of he Swen virus, and had to be rebuilt.
You need in Outlook Express to r-click the account and 'reset list'

Hi Alex,

If I reset, I'll need to manually download all my headers again, won't I?

I'm showing ~ 450,000 messages that are not downloaded.

Is there a way to bring ALL of them down more or less automatically?

I've been downloading 1,000 at a time by clicking on Get Next Headers, but I
keep thinking there has to be an easier way. :>

Thanks Alex. I saved this info to do it offline.

It worked :) I found nothing in Accounts. So I went to
Tools>Newsgroups... (I have it on the Toolbar.) and . re-downloaded all
120,000 +/- newsgroups by clicking on the Reset button there. My
subscribed-to NG's were unaffected. Thanks for pointing me in the right
direction.
