Replies to my posts don't get automatically Watched

When I'm this newsgroup, I see that replies to my posts get automatically
Watched without my having to manually mark it as Watched. However, on
another Microsoft Communities group, even though my own post gets
automatically watched, replies to it aren't. What am I missing? Thanks
much.
