When I receive replies in HTML format, sometimes the text of the reply does
not appear, only my original message. If I ask the email correspondent to
resent in plain text, there is no problem. My email administrator says this
is a known problem but that there is no soluton. The problem is intermittent,
but has persisted for almost a year. To my recollection, all problem
correspondents are users of my university mail system.
