Replies sent to me from Lotus Notes dont show

I am not sure if this is a Lotus problem, or an Outlook problem. I suspect
Outlook because it happens in Outlook and not Outlook Express.

When I receive reply emails from a company using Lotus, most times I receive
the text of my email instead of the reply.

If I read email via web interface prior to Outlook retreiving, I can read
the reply.

If they attach something to the reply, I get the attachement in the reply,
but the text is what I sent and nothing else. I assure you its not there, you
can not scroll down to read it, it is not attached for some reason, it's just
not there. Very frustrating and confusing.

Anyone run into this before?

What I have seen, but never bothered to look into that much, is that when I
receive mail from a Lotus Notes system the text is REALLY REALLY SMALL! So
small that you can't really see it! Or maybe sometimes has the same
forground/background color or something.

Go into Edit mode, try highlighting what seems to be a blank area, and see
if you can change the size of the text to something bigger. Or change the
foreground/background color.

I'm guessing that this might be because of some sort of character set
mismatch between Outlook/Windows and Lotus.

Thanks for reply. I did that, highlighted it, changes some font settings in a
forward or reply, but to no avail. It just does not seem to be there. Best I
have come up with so far is to make a filter on my webmail interface to send
a copy to another folder so I can log in over the web and read it. Leaving a
copy of all messeges on the server makes the mail server guys upset, but one
or two shouldn't matter.

Thanks. I appreciate the reply.
