replication errors

I have win2k domain which has a global Catalog and one
domain controller and when I check the domain controller's
event viewer I have file replication errors
and also I observed that the two folders (netlogon and
sysvol)are not shared And I donot know why and what should
I Do

Help will be appreciated

Run dcdiag and netdiag (part of support tools) on your system and post your
results, as there are several possibilities on why is this ocouring.
