Replicating policies

Hi,
1- If I define a new startup script for domain level from
my root domain DC, is it replicats this policy to all of
DCs?
2- If every one of clients wants to startup his computer
(not user uthentication)which of DCs responds him?

1. Yes. Scripts and policies are replicated to all Dc's automatically trough
SYSVOL folder replication
2. In Active Directory environment, domain controllers are located based on
DNS records in DNS server. See
