Replicate Now Permissions

Anyone know what the minimum permissions are to allow someone to go to
"Sites and Services" and perform a "Replicate Now"?

I might be wrong, but I believe that its "Synchonize directory service
information" privilege which can be configured in User Rights portion of the
security policies.
