replicate a users outlook data between two machines

Hi

I have a user that uses two different machines, one is a laptop that there
use then there are out and about and a desktop when there are in the office,

I have tried to get them to use the laptop, "replacing this Desktop" but
will he will move in it. I have even tried to get him to use a blackberry or
PDA.

Therefore, I am force to work out a way, which will allow me to replicate
the outlook data between the two.

Both are using 2007 and are both using XP PRO SP2.

I have inform him that he will have to type in this calendar twice at the
moment until I have found away to fix this.

if it is not possible to do the whole lot then, I think he will be please if
it was possible for his Calendar, Tasks, and contacts are replicated.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Solutions will depend on the mail account type that is being used which you
did not post.

Sorry,

the type of emails that we are using is SMTP and POP3 from the ISP.

in outlook 2007 we have set up a internet connection to the ISP
the conection looks like this

pop.ISP.com
SMTP.ISP.com

with the user names and password.
