Ok, I have a Word (2000/2003) document with a couple of paragraphs and headlines. I want to replace the text style
of the "normal" text in the paragraphs so that e.g. the line spacing will be reduced from currently
before 6pt and after 12pt and atleast 18pt to
before 0pt and after 0pt and single line.
I position the cursor into one of the text paragraphs and click the menu
Edit->Replace->Replace->More->FindWhat
Hmmm, Which (old) style should I declare ?
The toolbar shows: Normal (Web) + Verdana, 8 pt, Black
But I am not able to adjust this setting in the paragraph.
I would appreciate a button "Set style to the current style of the toolbar"
Is there such a function?
Do I really have to set all approx 40 options manually (line spacing, kerning, outline,.....)?
