Replacing License Server

Sorry if this has been asked 1000 times. I need to replace an old server
that acts as the license server. Problem is there is no hard copy of the
licensing. How can I go about copying or backing up and restoring the
licenses from the Old to the New server. Do I need the ID/License number
and if so how can I find that on the old server. Thanks for any help you
can provide. (Both are Windows 2000 server)

You should be able to contact the Microsoft Clearing House to have the
licenses reissued.
