Replacing hard drive w/ XP Home.........

Checking out IBM website and they say Disk manager is no longer needed for
the following:
"Disk Manager is no longer available for download on our site, because
systems with Windows XP and 2000 don't require it"

Is there something in XP I am missing? I want to copy my old H/D to my new
H/D and not skip a beat. Can this be done?

Drive Copy PQ unreliable Copy Commander will copy XP HD
with no problem.
