replacing character with carriage return

In Word, I can replace all occurences of a semicolon with
a carriage return by putting ";" in the FIND field
and "^p" in the REPLACE-WITH field.

I'm looking for an equivalent in Excel. I know I can
cause a carriage return within a cell by typing Alt-Enter,
but if I wanted to replace all occurences of a character
with that, is there a symbol like ^p that I can use?

Click in the Find What box and type 0010 on the number keypad *while holding
down ALT*. Nothing'll appear to happen, but don't worry about it.

Proceed as normal (Replace With, etc.).

Are you sure you don't have that backward?
If I'm replacing a semicolon with a carriage return,
wouldn't the funny code you gave me go in the Replace With
field?

Sure appreciate the info. Is there a chart somewhere with
the 0010 in it so that I can see what other things I might
use (like maybe 'tab')?
