Replacing a Style - Word 2003

Dan Fox

Hello - thanks for previous help.

Word 2003: I'd like to replace every instance of a paragraph style in a
document with a list style (bullets), and can find no instructions on it.
An alternative might be to modify the paragraph style, but it looks like I
can't change it into a list style.

Is there any way to do this short of creating a new style and replacing
each instance by hand?

thanks,

Dan

Open the Edit > Replace dialog and click the More button. Click in the Find
What box, then click the Format button at the bottom of the dialog, click
Style, and choose the style to be replaced. Click in the Replace With box
and repeat the steps to choose the style you want (probably List Bullet,
which is built in). Click the Replace All button.
