My windows xp home disc has snapped is there any way i can get a replacement

Come in; what REALLY happened to the disk? It just Snapped? Kind of hard
to believe.

Anyway, talk to Microsoft if it's retail, where you bought the computer if
it's OEM.

I just destroyed some old CDs using a pair of pliers and my hand and the
disk bent to about a 60 degree angle before breaking. I had no idea CDs
were so tough. The OP must have had a defective CD for it to just have
snapped <G>.

Proof of purchase is required. If you lost that, then you may just save
lots of time buying a new CD.
