Replacement CD Guidelines?

Hi. If I ever needed to get a replacement CD for XP SP1
or Office 2003 I know you need to call Microsoft, however
what to you need to give Microsoft in order to get one?
Do you need just the CD Key and that's it? Thanks, Craig.
