Replacement ATI Radeon 9100 cooling fan

Does anyone know of a source to buy a replacement fan for an ATI Radeon
9100? This fan is round (it doesn't have a real frame as such) and is
recessed into the heat sink. This card is only 4 months old and the fan has
gotten so noisy I have to wear headphones while using the computer. I figure
the fan will completely die pretty soon...

RMA it to ATI. They will fix for free.

I reduced noice by getting a Titan cuv2ab for my card. It helped.

Or if you want a completely silent solution, then get the ZM80 heatpipe
from Zalman. No fan = no noice.
