Replace XP Pro w XP Home

Will this be a problem going from Pro to the Home
version? It's necessary for me to do this.
 
Backup all your data first. You'll have to do a clean install of XP HE.
 
Dang, and I'm sitting here with XP Home wishing I had XP Pro!
